We at Tollgard are delighted to celebrate another win for our design of the Dojo office in Bristol, winning the BCO’s Best Fit Out of Workplace Award.
A truly flexible workplace, the Dojo offices connect the essence of home with the functionality of the office. Situated in Bristol’s Temple Meads, the founders expressed they wanted the duality of an office environment that would spur the company’s growth by supporting the attraction and retention of Bristol’s top talent, while improving the training and wellbeing of Dojo’s employees, based on the understanding that happier agents deliver a better-quality service for customers.
We were honoured to collaborate with workplace and office design specialists, BDG architecture + design, in transforming Dojo’s regional contact centre in Bristol, into a dynamic and innovative workspace. The workplace will serve as a contact centre and training hub to better enable Dojo’s fast-growing team, whilst providing expert customer service to over 126,000 businesses.
