OneTwentyFour is a boutique residential development at 124 Seymour Place in Marylebone which comprises luxury apartments, townhouses and penthouses by creative developers Merchant Land.

Tollgard furnished the penthouse and two-bedroom apartment, adding a bold red thread to the striking interior architectural design using gems from Tollgard brand partners like Gubi, Thayer Coggin and Meridiani. Marylebone’s eclectic and colourful character enfuses the design schemes our team created for the two apartments, ensuring that they were full of personality and interest.  Favourite moments from the scheme include the large-scale air-dried moss artwork bringing the outside in, a colour picked up in the deep green velvet Gubi chairs in the office.
